Gulf Coast Velocity Data, Inc. has provided check-shot velocity survey data to the petroleum industry since 1986.


Our business plan is two-fold: provide high quality data services and low costs to our clients.


We have provided velocity data and services to well over 100 oil and gas exploration companies. We look forward to helping you solve your specific velocity data needs as well.

Package Pricing & Custom Formats are available for all data-sets.

About Our Products/Services


From the beginning, we have offered "package" pricing for our databases to offer the lowest per well price available anywhere. Our goal then, as now, is to provide high quality velocity data and services at affordable rates to consultants and small or large oil and gas exploration companies.
